When you have your car serviced at a Volvo Approved Service Centre, we make a pledge to you. It's called the Volvo Service Promise - and it guarantees an unbeatable combination of quality, reassurance and expertise. First, your personal service advisor will deal with any of your questions and make sure you get to where you need to go. Our expert technicians will then give your car a full health check including a free software upgrade to ensure that it's performing at its best. Finally, we'll provide you with 12 months' complimentary Volvo Roadside Assistance and a car wash.
Whenever you visit a Volvo Service Centre for repair or service maintenance your technician will undertake a complimentary Visual Health Check on your Volvo.
The components and systems within the check will be rated either red, amber or green, highlighting any actions that may be required and, importantly whether the repair is urgent (Red), imminent (Amber) or all is well (Green).

Using the technology at our Volvo Service Centres, your technician is able to video any areas of concern that may be identified and forward this on to you, together with a quote, for consideration.
